1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers or businesses through our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. We accept this offer by sending an automatic order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include VAT. Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed during the order process.

4th delivery

We deliver within Germany and – where indicated – to other EU countries. Delivery times are specified with each product. Should an item be unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

5. Payment

The selection may vary depending on the country and technical availability.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For businesses, the limitation period for claims based on defects is one year from the transfer of risk.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

9. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The contract language is German.

11. Storage of the contract text

We do not permanently store the contract text. However, you can print or save the order details immediately after submitting your order.
