🔄 Return Policy

This return policy applies in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

1. Voluntary return period

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Within this period, you can return items that are in new, unused condition to us.

2. Conditions for returns

A return is possible if:

• the goods are unused

• the goods are complete

• the goods are in their original condition

• Returns are accepted within 30 days.

3. Exceptions to the return policy

The following items are excluded from returns:

• opened or used consumable products (e.g. oils, cleaners, additives)

• individually configured or personalized products

• Products that are sealed for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been removed

• Goods that have been damaged by improper use

4. Return shipping costs

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept collect shipments.

5. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund:

• the purchase price

• without the original shipping costs (voluntary return)

The refund will be issued via the payment method you used for the purchase.

Processing can take up to 14 days after receipt of goods.
